Reflexology is a holistic therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet & hands, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By gently pressing these reflex points, the energy pathways throughout the body are stimulated, promoting deep relaxation & improved blood flow, which encourages the body's natural ability to restore balance. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

What to expect?​

Your initial visit will begin with a health & lifestyle consultation to help tailor a personalised treatment plan for you. This will be reviewed each session to ensure it is still relevant for your needs. Sometimes an initial course of treatments is recommended, but entirely optional.

Occasionally there may be contraindications that might prevent treatment taking place.

What to wear?

Any clothing that allows easy access to your feet and lower legs.

What time to arrive?

Please arrive as near to your appointment time as possible. Late arrival may mean your treatment will need to be shortened.

Be advised that there is no covered waiting area.

​

Where can I park?

There is free easy on street parking and sometimes a space on the driveway.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?​

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reflexology treatment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee, as it can be difficult to fill the space at short notice.
